The "standing rigging" of Womanship is our wonderful staff of instructors. You can depend on them. They are the best! Remarkable women, Womanship instructors are chosen, not only for their sailing skills, patience and maturity, but for their demonstrated ability to help students experience the thrill of accomplishment. Living testimonies to the strides women have made in the sailing world, our instructors hold credentials from U.S. and Canadian Yachting Associations and U.S. Coast Guard Captain's licenses.

Most importantly, each Womanship instructor is a product of our own stringent screening and training Instructor Program. 

It is a fact, "Nobody yells."
